Getting Ready for the Beach~!

This will be my last fast food meal before the beginning of my workout/diet routine.

For the next 2 Weeks:

--- Sleep ---
I have been sleeping from 3am-11am. And, I am not too proud of it.
I am gonna fix that with this plan:

Start: 1am-10am
Then: 12pm - 9am
Get to: 11pm-8am


--- Diet ---

:: Meal One (Breakfast) 10am ::
Complex Carb
Protein
Veggie/Fruit/Nut
Morning Tea

:: Meal Two (Lunch) 12pm::
Complex Carb
Protein
Veggie/Fruit/Nut

:: Meal Three (Snack) 2pm::
Some Complex Carb
Protein
Veggie/Fruit/Nut
Smoothie

:: Meal Four (Dinner) 4pm::
No Carb
Protein
Veggie/Fruit/Nut
Smoothie

:: Meal Five (Snack) 6pm::
No Carb
Protein
Veggie/Fruit/Nut
Smoothie

:: Meal Six (Snack) 8pm::
Veggie/Fruit/Nut
ZZZ Tea

--- Work Out ---

Before Meal 1: Stretching/Yoga/Meditation
Between Meal 1 and 2: 2 laps around the track - +0.25 lap per day, builds up to 4 laps
Between Meal 5 and 6: 5 mins p90x, BABY!!! - + 5mins per 3 days, builds up to 15 mins/day
